Preimplantation Genetic Testing for Aneuploidy (PGT-A) is a test used to evaluate the chromosomal normality of embryos before transfer. Current PGT-A commonly involves biopsy of the trophectoderm (TE) and tubing (transferring the cells to a PCR tube), however these processes significantly affect the accuracy of the results. This article introduces methods for biopsies and tubing which promise highly accurate and reproducible results.
